Upon occupying a new warehouse in Brentwood and launching their first UK fulfilment hub and distribution centre, OM LOG had Anchor secure and safeguard the entire premises. The facility spans 126,000 square feet of floor area, with an additional mezzanine floor.
Brentwood Commercial Park is a state-of-the-art Goodman development achieving BREEAM excellent and required a full design to match the occupiers’ specific requirements as well as the landlord’s permitted parameters. The client needed the facility to match or exceed what they have in other countries, and a technical spec was translated from client documents and modernised and rationalised in some areas to suit the new building with its new mezzanine.
OM LOG, is a global 3PL provider based in Italy, serving the fashion retail sector. Anchor operated as part of the West & Vittori fitout team, and was chosen to provide the data network cabling, access control and security systems throughout the building including the warehouse, offices and welfare areas.
The project commenced in late summer 2023 and wrapped up on schedule and within budget by the end of February 2024, just in time for the customer’s go-live launch event.
